Booking & Cancellation Policy

GROUPS
DEPOSIT

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment. This will be credited toward your remaining balance.

The remaining balance of your service must be paid 7 days prior to your appointment. Payment can be paid via Cash, Card (4% Transaction Fee), CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, & First Caribbean Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Life happens, we get it! If any member of the group needs to cancel their appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so we can make the necessary adjustments to the schedule. 

  • If a member of the group cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, their deposit will be forfeited.
  • In the event that multiple members of the group cancel their appointments, we reserve the right to modify the service duration or make adjustments to the overall pricing structure.

 

If anyone in your group is running late please let us know!

  • To maintain efficient appointment schedules for all our clients, if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, we will proceed with their service without applying lashes or gems. This allows us to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed or compromised. However, you will still be provided with lashes and gems to apply on your own or receive assistance from a makeup assistant, if one is available.
  • $15 USD late fee will be charged to each person that arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice.
  • If a member of your group is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice their appointment will be cancelled, and their deposit will be forfeited.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We value our product and strive to ensure you and your group are satisfied.

If anyone in your group is not satisfied with the service immediately after it is finished, do not leave the studio. Please have them return to the registration desk to report their dissatisfaction to our representative. We reserve the right to determine whether corrective action should be taken.

This is done on a case-by-case basis. We want you and your crew to have the best experience.

MEDIA RELEASE

During your service, you might be asked to take a before and after picture or video. If you agree to the photos, you consent that your images may be used on our social media channels, and website.

If time allows, photos and videos may be taken for promotional use during your appointment. If you agree to our booking policy, you consent that your images may be used on our social media channels and website.

If you are not comfortable being photographed, recorded, or posted on our social media channels please let us know prior to your appointment.
