Booking & Cancellation Policy

At this time we’re only accepting mobile appointments. Appointments within Georgetown & Westbay are subject to a $10 travel fee. Appointments in Bodden Town, North Side, and East End are subject to a $20 KYD travel fee due at the time of your appointment. Please note all online payments are processed in USD and are subject to a 4% transaction fee. Cash is accepted.

DEPOSIT

A $15 KYD non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This will be credited toward your remaining balance.

The remaining balance of your service is to be paid the day of your appointment. Payment can be paid via Cash, Card (+4% Transaction Fee), First Caribbean Bank Transfer, Cash App, & Zelle.

 

Online Payments

– Card payments are processed in USD and will be subject to a 4%  transaction fee. 

– If you’re paying via bank transfer, Cash App, or Zelle please email a screenshot of your payment to kamiel@thegreatface.net with your name and service in the subject line. 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Life happens, I get it! If you need to reschedule please let me know at least 3 hours in advance, so your deposit can be credited toward your next appointment.

If you are running late please let me know!
A $10 USD  late fee will be added if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

MEDIA RELEASE

During your service, you might be asked to take a before and after picture or video. If you agree to the photos, you consent that your images may be used on our social media channels, and website.

If time allows, photos and videos may be taken for promotional use during your appointment. If you agree to our booking policy, you consent that your images may be used on our social media channels and website.

If you are not comfortable being photographed, recorded, or posted on our social media channels please let us know prior to your appointment.
